“Well, I'm going to go home too,” Chloe says as she walks away and says goodbye to Tabs. She walks around the woods for a little bit before she remembers the tag on her collar that Dakotah gave her. She thinks about going home, but nothing happens. She squeezes her eyes tight and thinks harder. When nothing happens again, she notices that her collar is missing. She doesn't remember it falling off. She shivers in the cold, her fur damp from the falling snow. Her stomach growls. She tries to find her way back home, but she is lost in the woods. She doesn't know where to go. Snow-covered trees surround her, but they all look alike to her. She glimpses the dark sky above the trees. She then looks at the ground and sees her paw prints, so she tries to follow them back to the pond, but her paw prints seem to go everywhere.
